Numbers matching 350hp 327ci engine, 4 speed manual transmission. Is it possible to have more eye appeal than a bright red 1967 Corvette? Probably not. This car caught our attention the moment it rolled in, and for good reason! The paint on this car is fantastic; it looks very recent and has a ton of gloss and no real orange peel to speak of. Trim tag shows paint code 983 and interior trim code 455. Front chrome bumpers look recent and are overall excellent. Rear bumpers are also recent. Tail lights are in good shape with no cracks. Weather stripping is newer, and is still soft and pliable. Rally wheels are in great condition with newish trim rings and caps in excellent shape. The wheels themselves no not show any obvious signs of rust and wear newer paint as well. Firestone radial whitewalls show about 80% tread remaining. Interior shows very nicely in this car. Gauges look to have been very recently restored; lenses are crystal clear with bright needles and a defined redline, and the clock works as well with what appears to be a quartz movement. Seat covers look to be new and are in excellent shape. Although not perfect, the door panels in this car are still very nice. Dash pad is excellent with no apparent flaws. Steering wheel also shows very well with no issues. Center console and shift plate look to be in pretty good shape as well. Correct style loop carpet looks great, showing slight wear only in the usual driver's footwell area. This car also has correct GM seatbelts. Date coded hoses as well as correct clamps are present under the hood, in addition to a Carter carburetor. Equipped with sidepipes, this car sounds mean! A big block style hood has also been added to this car. The big news however is the a/c system; although we have been told that this car was originally equipped from the factory with a/c, the original system is gone, but has been replaced by a Vintage Air system featuring the new R134a refrigerant. This is a great midyear that can truly be driven year-round! Factory features include power steering, AM/FM radio.
