Code correct Mille Miglia Red exterior, Black vinyl interior, White convertible top. 350ci engine, automatic transmission, posi rear-end. Assembled on July 7, 1973, this one one of the last Corvettes built to get a factory chrome bumper! Paint on this car is older, but in very good condition overall, showing some minor wear and tear. Convertible top is newer with no rips or tears and a good window. Chrome bumpers look to be original, and show some patina, but no dings or rust. A luggage rack has been added, and is in similar condition. Chrome exterior door handles are brand new, and the taillights are very nice overall as well. Weatherstripping appears to be older, but is nonetheless intact. Rally wheels in very nice condition are mounted on this car, and wear good center caps and trim rings. A set of BF Goodrich Radial T/A raised white letter tires are mounted, and look to have roughly 65% treadlife remaining. Interior shows well, with recent seat covers in good condition with no rips or tears, and a very nice center console that is free from cracks. Trim tag shows interior trim code 404. Gauges appear to be unrestored, although the clock is working; dash pad is very nice and free from cracks. Carpet is loop style and appears to be very recent with little to no wear or fading. A vintage Sony cassette stereo was installed some time ago in the factory location. By looking at the VIN, we can safely say that this car was originally equipped with the 454ci LS4 engine. Current 350ci engine shows casting number 3970010. Many performance upgrades have been made under the hood of this 1973 Corvette Convertible, including an HEI distributor, polished Holley carburetor, Edelbrock Performer RPM intake, and a set of longtube headers. A/C compressor shows the correct label as well. This car features a clean, rust -free frame.
