Bright Red exterior, Graphite leather interior, glass top. 230hp 350ci L98 engine, automatic transmission, posi rear-end. Another great starter Vette! This early C4 looks great but is in need of some electrical work. Paint on this car is very nice overall -- excellent shine with little to no orange peel, and minimal scratches and scuffs. Glass top is in good condition as well with minimal de-lamination and no cracks or breaks. This C4 sports a set of factory 2000-04 style painted wheels, which look right at home on this car and are wrapped with sticky Nitto NT555 tires showing about 70% treadlife. The window sweeps are in fantastic shape for a C4 of this age showing no cracks or breaks, and are still relatively soft. Window weatherstripping is above average also; although it is showing some cracking, the seals are still soft and mostly intact. Tailights are excellent with no cracks or breaks. Interior is not quite as nice as the outside, but is still well above average for an early C4. Both seats are split around the seams, but still wear most of their original leather covers. Leather steering wheel cover has become brittle, and a section has been peeled back at the top of the rim. Horn button is currently missing. Door panels are good, showing the typical cracking of the top trim pieces. All interior carpet looks to be brand new, and is loop style. Dash cap is in excellent shape showing no cracks or chips. The radio is currently missing, and the power antenna is stuck in the "up" position. Center console shows average wear, and latches well. This Vette looks to be mostly factory stock, and features a newer Delphi A/C compressor, as well as a premium Optima Red Top battery. Air pump is in place and functional. A high-quality fitted outdoor car cover is included as well. Hood prop is not functioning at this time. Pick up this easy project at a great price while it lasts!
