Silverstone Silver w/Black interior, L36 427/390hp, 4-speed manual transmission.
The introduction of the ’68 Corvette marked the beginning of the “Shark” era! An era that would last a whopping 14 years! During that time period, the third generation when through many changes, both cosmetically, and mechanically. But the ’68 is the year that started it all!
This very sharp Shark came to us from a local So.CA. owner. It’s had one repaint in the factory code 986 Silverstone Silver, and the engine has been rebuilt. But it’s otherwise very original and presents beautifully in person! Options include the L36 427/390hp, big block, backed up to a 4-speed manual transmission, power brakes, power steering, radial tires, and aftermarket am/fm radio. The car runs and drives well, with the appropriate power and torque that only a big block could provide! It’s a great looking and great driving ’68! |
