We changed the oil and filter and checked and lubed the chassis. We replaced the left upper control arm bushings, sway bar links, and much more.
We drove this corvette about a half hour home.
In 1981, GM produced over 40,000 Corvettes, only 5,757 of which were 4 speeds and only 4,310 in red. 1981 was the last year for the 4 speed transmission in a Corvette. |
