Features include air conditioning, power brakes, power steering, AM/FM radio, tilt steering. Originally assembled on February 9, 1971, and finished in the classy Blue/Blue color combination with some nice options, this 1971 Corvette LS5 is in very nice condition, and features records and receipts dating back to 2003. This car's odometer currently shows 27,552 miles; however, we are unable to document actual miles on this car, so it will be sold as "MILEAGE EXEMPT". This car's paint is good-vg, with a nice shine. Chrome bumpers show a good condition finish, as do the exterior door handles. Weatherstripping is vg, as are the taillights, rally wheels, and associated trim rings and center caps. BF Goodrich Radial T/A raised white letter tires show an average of 10/32nds tread depth remaining. The interior of this 1971 Corvette LS5 shows vg-exc seats, door panels, carpet, center console, gauges, and rear storage bins, and good condition dash pad, GM seatbelts, and steering wheel. Aftermarket tilt steering column has been added, and correct appearing AM/FM radio is in place. The numbers matching 454ci engine in this car shows original casting date January 5, 1971, and final assembly date February 2, 1971. Correct air cleaner, intake manifold, valve covers, ignition shielding, and spark plug wires are all in place, and an aluminum radiator and flex fan have been added. Frame is solid and rust-free. Included with this car will be a complete owner history dating back to new, as well as records and receipts dating back to 2003. Also included are photocopies of the September 1999 issue of Corvette Magazine featuring this car, as well as a reproduction window sticker, and NCRS shipping data report.
